Scott covered South Asia, sub-Saharan Africa, Latin America and Southeast Asia for ABC News as the networks Geneva-based correspondent on economic development. His beat included the WTO (GATT), OPEC, Swiss banking, U.S.-Soviet Summits, and the economic affairs of Europe and 'the Third World.'
